Images
We use images we are licensed to use, and we keep a record of the source and licence for every image on the site.
If you believe an image here infringes your rights — for example, you are the photographer, or you appear in a photograph and object to its use — contact us at rohitramanbuisnes@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly. If we cannot immediately establish that we hold the necessary rights, we will remove the image while we look into it.
Third-party names and trademarks
Dating apps, companies and products referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We name them descriptively, to write usefully about things our readers use.
Pairly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any dating app, company or service mentioned on this site, unless a specific page explicitly states otherwise.
If you are a rights holder and object to how your trademark is referred to here, get in touch and we will review it.
Copyright infringement claims (DMCA)
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to rohitramanbuisnes@gmail.com including all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a direct URL is best
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Send notices to: rohitramanbuisnes@gmail.com Subject line: Copyright concern
We take these seriously and will act on valid notices expeditiously, which may include removing or disabling access to the material.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was removed in error or through misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Content removal requests generally
You do not need a copyright claim to ask us to change something. We will consider any reasonable request, including where:
- Content about you is inaccurate or out of date
- An image includes you and you did not consent to its use
- You have a privacy concern about something published here
Use the contact form and choose Copyright concern or Privacy request, or email rohitramanbuisnes@gmail.com. Tell us the URL and what the problem is.
Corrections
For factual errors rather than ownership issues, see the corrections process in our Editorial Policy. We want to know when something is wrong.
