We read everything that comes in and aim to reply to genuine inquiries within a few business days. We are a small operation, so please be patient — and please do not send the same message repeatedly, as it does not speed anything up.

Choosing a subject

Picking the right subject gets your message to the right place faster.

• General inquiry — anything that does not fit the categories below.
• Content feedback — you spotted an error, disagree with something we published, or want to suggest a topic. Corrections are genuinely welcome; include the article URL and what you believe is wrong. See our Editorial Policy for how we handle corrections.
• Technical issue — something is broken. Tell us the page, your device and browser, and what happened.
• Advertising inquiry — questions about advertising on Pairly.
• Partnership — content partnerships and syndication proposals.
• Copyright concern — copyright claims, content removal and image licensing. See the Copyright page for what a formal notice needs to include.
• Privacy request — access, correction or deletion of your personal information. See the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us

• Personal or sensitive details. Do not include financial information, passwords, identification documents or health information in a message.
• Requests for personal advice. We cannot advise on individual dating or relationship situations. Pairly publishes general information and we are not counsellors, therapists or licensed professionals — see our Terms of Service.
• Introductions or matchmaking requests. Pairly is an information website. We do not run a dating service, we have no members, and we cannot introduce you to anyone.
